C2C*IS closely follows the CMS regulations regarding Meaningful Use and how those impact your practice. Providers and staff must basically use the EHRT before Meaningful Use is possible. We perform a Gap Analysis to ensure readiness to proceed to attempt compliance with Meaningful Use objectives and clinical quality measures. We begin by ensuring that your providers and staff understand the objectives and clinical quality measures required and how those may be met through using your EHRT. We assure that your providers are properly registered in PECOS, and, if not, ensure that each provider is properly registered. Our team evaluates your software and hardware to determine that you have the proper software in place to collect the MU data required. We set up your provider MU dashboards and evaluate what objectives, CQMs you are meeting, then establish a plan to enable your providers to successfully meet and maintain meeting all of the objectives. We have a Monitoring Program to document progress toward meeting MU. This may require training, establishment of workflows, and sometimes getting your software company involved to correct programming issues. Once your providers have met MU for the prescribed time period, we perform or assist your practice attest for Meaningful Use.
